Where we ship

United States only. Shipping is free on every order.

Honest delivery times

Our products ship directly from overseas fulfillment partners. Expect about 8-15 business days from the day you order. Most orders arrive within about 14 days; some take longer, especially in the holiday season. Order processing takes 1-2 business days and is included in that estimate. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Christmas deadline

Order by December 5 for a good chance of arriving before Christmas. Orders after that date may arrive after December 25, so please do not order later if the date matters.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email tracking details when the carrier provides them. Some carrier scans update slowly; that is normal.

Lost or very late orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, email [email protected] and we will refund you or send a replacement. See Refunds & Returns.

Duties and taxes

We do not charge import fees. Sales tax, where required, is shown at checkout.
